Gardening Tips for November

One of the gardening tasks that you should focus on this month is to make sure you pull out your annuals plants, these can often be tugged out by hand if the soils is not to compacted. Once your plant is removed from the soil, remove as much of the soil from the roots as you can.

Removing the annual plants is a good way to prevent the plants going to see in your garden. This can also be carried out in spring but you my have some problems with frost damage to plants.

This is also a good time to pull out all of your bulbs and store them away for the winter, remembering to store them in a dry place to prevent rotting.
